Uncle John

The stars shine softer since you’ve gone,
Yet in our hearts, you still live on.
Your laughter echoes, warm and bright,
A guiding voice in darkest night.

You taught us kindness, love, and grace,
With wisdom etched upon your face.
A steady hand, a heart so wide,
A man who walked with strength and pride.

Though time moves on, we won’t forget,
The love you gave, with no regret.
Your spirit lingers, calm and strong,
A melody—a timeless song.

Rest in peace, though we may grieve,
Your love remains—we still believe.
For in our hearts, you’ll always stay,
A light that never fades away.

Uncle John, you lived a golden life. You will be remembered as a Uncle/father to my myself and my four siblings
You always uphold us in the right things and showed us our errors when things that were not correct
Uncle John, you will be truly missed. I remember so many days in the old neighborhood in Arkansas where you were a man among many and always had time a good conversation and direction for me.
I would always cherish a long phone calls, reminiscing of Arkansas and things that may or may not have happened at Rilley’s those memories were last on
