Randy Lyon

Randy Monterial Lyon was born on September 10, 1952, in Memphis, Tennessee to Rose Ann (Pilcher) Lyon. Randy’s stepfather, Joe Lyon, raised him as his own. Randy was a graduate of Bonanza High School in Memphis, Tennessee.
He later married the love of his life, Elmere (Dawson) Lyon on September 9, 1986, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Their union was blessed with one biological son and three stepchildren.
Randy was employed by PepsiCo as a delivery driver in Memphis, TN, for a period of time. He did some contracting work and was also a Jack of all trades.
Randy was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother, and a friend to many. In his leisure, he enjoyed spending time with his wife and family, holidays, frequenting Rosen Nissan on Saturdays for car washes and donuts. He was a part of the Rosen Family. He enjoyed trips to The Family Dollar Store with his best friends – his grandkids. He loved watching wrestling and playing dominoes. He was a huge Green Bay Packers fan. Also, he loved taking drives to the lake with his wife for quality time and reading his bible with his wife.
Randy accepted Christ as his Savior initially at an early age. He reconnected with Christ at the age of 37 and later joined Reformation Church Incorporated in Milwaukee, WI, under the leadership of Senior Bishop Henry Kilpatrick. Randy received his Ministers license in 2011 and he served as an elder of Reformation Church Incorporated. Randy was a prayer warrior and was called to pray for many. He was compassionate and caring of others. Randy always went out of his way to help and support others as often as he could.
The Lord called Randy forth to his Kingdom at 10:30 a.m. on June 30, 2021. He was 68 years old. Randy was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Ann (Lyon) Pilcher; his stepfather, Joe Lyon; and siblings, Jackie Lyon and Arreba Lyon.
